英语中有一个词最爱“帮助”我们，它就是help。help表示帮助，援助；改善状况，例如：Maybe I can help you. 也许我可以帮你。 

help的三种固定搭配

1、help sb. 意为“帮助某人” 。例如：

He always helps others.

他总是帮助别人。

2、help sb. （to）do sth. 意为“帮助某人做某事”。例如：

I often help my mother （to）do housework.

我常常帮我妈妈做家务。

3、help sb. with sth. 意为“帮助某人某事”。例如：

She helped me with my English yesterday.

此外help的搭配还有：

help oneself （to sth.）意为“随便吃/喝……”。例如：

Help yourself to the fish. 

请随便吃鱼。

Please help yourself to some pork.

can't help doing sth.意为“情不自禁做某事”。然而can't help to do sth 意为“不能帮助做某事”。例如：

I can't help smiling when she sings English songs.

with the help of 意为“在……的帮助之下”，相当于with one's help. 例如：

She spoke with us with the help of an interpreter.

她通过翻译和我们交谈。

help sb. into/ out of 意为“搀扶某人进入 / 走出”

He helped the patient out of the hospital.
