where后面跟什么

where后面应该加一般疑问句，构成特殊疑问句。where后面加 is， are， was， were等，其结构为Where+be+主语。

后面跟is，are，was，were。在where＋ be+主语的句子中，where不是主语，主语在系动词be后面，be选单数is或者复数are是由主语决定的，主语是单数或不可数就选is，是复就选are。

一、where引导的状语从句

要点：where及所引导从句代表一个地方，整体作主句的状语；翻译成：某事发生的地方；where作从句的状语。

1、We must camp where we can get water.我们必须在能找到水的地方露营。

2、Go back where you came from.（where引导地点状语从句）你从何处来到何处去。

3、you can go where you want to go .你可以去你想去的地方。

二、where引导的定语从句

当where 引导定语从句时，where前有表示地点的先行词，where 引导的从句修饰先行词，where是关系副词，在从句中作地点状语。例如：

This is the place where Luxun once lived . 这是鲁迅曾经住过的地方。

评析： the place 是先行词，其后是 where引导的定语从句 ，where 在从句中作地点状语。

He's got himself into a dangerous situation where he is likely to lose control over the plane。他陷入了一种危险的境地，他可能会失去对飞机的控制。

分析：situation 是先行词，其后是Where引导的定语从句，修饰situation

主语从句

同位语从句

The question where he is now has no answer. 他现在在哪里这个问题没有答案。

宾语从句
